Communiqué: Season 2, Still Serious About Not Being Too Serious

Pasta Racing is delighted to announce its return for another year. After a first season of global Carbloading dominance and questionable racing tactics we are back, baby!

Because you don’t change a dream team, we are proud to announce the contract extensions of Julie, Karl, Nikoline and Antoine for 2026. The confidence in the group that laid the foundation for Pasta Racing’s philosophy is total. We are also welcoming three new signings to the table, bringing fresh energy to the team. Those signings, Anna Serop, Magnus Rahbek and Sylvester Larsen, were chosen for sharing the Pasta Racing ethos, rather than for how fast they ride. However, they do ride fast too, and we can’t ask them to slow down.

We’re also proud to announce that the team will be supported with the same sponsors as in 2025: POC, GripGrab, and Fuel+. Their continued support allows us to race safely, stay warm, stay fed, and most importantly stay true to what Pasta Racing is about. Quality over quantity (at least when it’s not pasta).

As gravel continues to grow, it’s clear that the sport is changing. Uncensored racing and privateers are slowly disappearing as the sport is becoming evermore professional, more structured, and more serious. That’s not a bad thing, but Pasta Racing will not give in to heat training and LT1 propaganda, and welcome all those who don’t quite fit the box either. Pasta Racing, is the counter-movement nobody was asking for.

Fitting in the box isn’t exactly what we are best at, which is why as an all respectable gravel team would do, we have, through a tricky network of offshore solutions acquired a team license, enabling us to race Pasta Racing jersey’s in the elite gravel ranks, as well as on the road: Pasta Racing is a British Cycling team*! We would like to apologise for the discomfort reading this news may cause, but we thought we would warn you about our arrival on skinny tyres.
*Send a DM if interested in racing license for Pasta Racing - the club is open.

All in all, this new chapter isn’t about becoming bigger, faster or louder. It’s about becoming better, without losing ourselves along the way.>3

Thanks for the support last year, we hope to have you along for the ride next year too<33

But what is Pasta Racing about?
